  • In 2019, he decided to continue his professional career as a lawyer, withdrew from his position as a judge and started his law practice by registering with the Istanbul Bar Association. He is the founder of TABAK LAW AND MEDIATION OFFICE and continues to provide legal counseling and legal consultancy services to his clients in various areas of law, especially in health law.
  • He realized his interest in health law during his tenure at the Supreme Court of Appeals and focused his practice on health law and its sub-branches such as health tourism law, medical law, aesthetic medicine law, telemedicine and personal health data.
  • He is married and has 1 child.

Bahadırhan TABAK is also registered to the mediators list of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey and continues his mediation activities actively.
